OTC Motorcycles and Automobile Retails Division was established in 1982, lead by Mr. Ooi Choon Peng with 4 retail showrooms located in Butterworth, Penang, Sungai Petani and Kulim at Kedah. Currently these outlets employed more than 33 personnel to administrating and handling the growing business in order to meet customers demand and satisfaction.

OTC Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is also an investment company, major shareholder for its related cpompany, Chye Seng Engineering & Development Sdn. Bhd. in the segments of property, assets and development.
